Privacy

Privacy should be clear, proportionate and respectful.

Women Working Well may eventually handle contact details, lived-experience submissions and research information. Those pathways should remain clearly separated.

Working draft

This privacy page reflects the current WWW design.

It should be reviewed against the actual forms, hosting, analytics and research platform before publication.

Information we may collect

Different pathways collect different information.

Website contact

Name, email address and information voluntarily included in an enquiry.

WWW updates

Email address and explicit preferences if an updates service is introduced.

Lived-experience submissions

Information a person chooses to share, with separate consent for publication or attribution where relevant.

Research participation

Research data collected under separate participant information, consent and governance arrangements.

How information should be used

Only for the purpose it was collected for.

✓Respond to genuine WWW enquiries.
✓Provide updates only where someone has explicitly opted in.
✓Use lived-experience material only within agreed permissions.
✓Keep research data governed by the study's separate research arrangements.
✓Do not automatically convert research participants into marketing contacts.
Before publication: add the actual privacy contact, data processors, hosting/analytics providers, cookie practices, overseas data-transfer position, data retention periods and any statutory privacy disclosures required for the final implementation.

Survey information

Participation is voluntary.

The Global Women and Work Survey is a voluntary initiative. Women Working Well aims to collect only the information needed for the study and to keep survey responses separate from optional contact or mailing-list information wherever practicable.

Inca Safety supports the initiative by contributing time, resources and infrastructure at no cost to participants. Survey responses are not collected for commercial lead generation and are not treated as sales enquiries.

Where multilingual versions are offered, the language used to complete the survey may be recorded as part of the study methodology.
