Women Working Well
Join the conversation

One story started this. Millions of different experiences can shape what happens next.

Women Working Well is bigger than a website. It is a growing conversation about women's health, healthcare and working life — and what needs to change in the space between.

There is more than one way to be part of it.

Joining the conversation does not mean joining a mailing list or becoming a sales lead.

This page is a participation doorway into the wider Women Working Well initiative.

Research participation, sharing an experience, collaboration and general contact are different things and should remain clearly separated.

What is “Join the Conversation”?

It is the participation doorway into Women Working Well.

It is not a sales enquiry and it is not automatically research participation. It is where people can decide how they want to become involved with the wider WWW initiative.

There are different ways to take part.

Share an experience. Contribute lived-experience perspectives when that pathway is ready.

Take part in the study. Participate in the formal Global Women and Work Study once it opens.

Follow the work. Stay connected with evidence, resources and findings when an opt-in update pathway is available.

Collaborate or contribute. Researchers, advocates, health organisations and workplaces can contact WWW directly.

Read. Reflect. Share. Research. Collaborate. Help shape what comes next.

Some people will come here because they have lived experience. Some will be managers, workplace leaders, researchers, advocates or organisations. You do not need to fit one category to care about this issue.

Choose your pathway

What does joining the conversation mean to you?

Each pathway has a different purpose. Choose the one that best matches why you are here.

01

Share your experience

If something in Women Working Well reflects your own experience, there will be ways to contribute lived-experience perspectives outside the formal research study.

This is intended for stories, reflections, ideas and experiences that may help shape awareness, resources and future conversations.

02

Take part in the Global Women and Work Study

The formal survey is being developed to investigate the journey across women's health, healthcare and working life.

Research participation will have its own participant information, consent, privacy and governance arrangements.

03

Follow the initiative

Stay connected with new evidence, study progress, resources, campaign activity and findings as Women Working Well develops.

This pathway will eventually provide a way to opt in to WWW updates without mixing that permission with research participation.

COMING AS WWW GROWS
04

Collaborate or contribute

Researchers, advocates, health organisations, workplaces and others may have expertise, evidence, ideas or opportunities that could strengthen the initiative.

Collaboration should support the purpose and integrity of WWW — not turn it into a commercial sales channel.

The Global Women and Work Study

The research pathway will remain separate.

The study is being developed to investigate what happens across health, healthcare, work, treatment, psychosocial impact, workplace response, personal-life impact and what happened next.

Research participation must earn trust.

Before the survey opens, WWW will establish the appropriate participant information, informed consent, privacy, data handling, governance and ethical-review requirements.

Taking part in the study will not automatically sign someone up for marketing or commercial contact.

Collaborate or contribute

Good work gets stronger when the right people contribute.

WWW is open to thoughtful conversations with people and organisations whose expertise or experience can strengthen the evidence, research, resources or reach of the initiative.

This might include:

Researchers & academics Women's health organisations Advocacy groups Workplace & WHS specialists Health professionals Employers & industry groups People with lived experience Evidence or resource contributors
Collaboration should remain aligned with the WWW purpose: better understanding, better conversations, better workplace systems and better evidence.
Keeping the pathways clear

Participation should never be ambiguous.

As WWW grows, each type of participation should have a clear purpose and clear permission.

✓Research participation is separate from sharing a story.
✓Research participation is separate from marketing or commercial contact.
✓Stories should not be published or attributed without appropriate permission.
✓Following WWW updates should be an explicit opt-in choice.
✓Commercial WHS enquiries remain separate through Inca Safety.
✓WWW contact remains focused on the initiative, information, research and participation.
Contact Women Working Well

Sometimes joining the conversation simply starts with an email.

For genuine WWW enquiries, collaboration ideas, evidence contributions or questions about the initiative, you can contact Women Working Well directly.

Women Working Well is an information, research, advocacy and practical-support initiative.

For commercial workplace health and safety consulting, please use the separate Inca Safety contact pathway.

The survey pathway

Taking the survey is always voluntary.

Joining the wider Women Working Well conversation is separate from participating in the Global Women and Work Survey. Choosing one does not automatically enrol you in the other.

Inca Safety supports the survey with time, resources and infrastructure at no cost to participants. Survey participation is not a sales enquiry and does not create a commercial relationship with Inca Safety.

As multilingual survey versions are introduced, participants will be able to choose from the languages made available.
