Women's health. Work. The space between.
Women Working Well is an information, research, advocacy and practical-support initiative focused on what happens where women's health, healthcare and working life meet.
Why WWW exists
Health, healthcare and work are often treated as separate systems. Women's lived experience is not.
WWW exists to understand, explain and improve what happens in the space between.
Build understanding. Build evidence. Build the Bridge.
For Women
Practical support for understanding work impact, preparing conversations and thinking about what may help.
For Managers
Guidance on listening, responding respectfully and exploring support without trying to diagnose.
For Organisations
Evidence and ideas for leadership, policy, psychosocial risk, flexibility and consistent practice.
Research & Evidence
The Global Women and Work Study and a growing evidence library connecting health, healthcare and working life.
More than a logo. A visible statement of support.
The Women Working Well identity grew from the same idea as the initiative itself: women's health, healthcare and working life are connected, even when the systems around them treat those experiences separately.
Why a pin?
The pin is intended as a visible marker of recognition and support. It does not ask a woman to disclose a diagnosis, explain her medical history or have a conversation before she is ready.
Instead, it represents something on the other side of that conversation: a willingness to see the issue, listen, and respond with respect.
Build the Bridge. Change the Journey.
The logo and the WWW Bridge belong to the same idea. Women Working Well is interested not only in a health condition or a workplace outcome, but in everything that can happen between them — seeking answers, healthcare experiences, treatment, disclosure, support, work design, psychosocial conditions and the human response.
Why Women Working Well is an Inca Safety initiative.
Women Working Well grew from lived experience, but the questions it raised extended beyond health. They became questions about work: what happens when health changes a person's capacity, when someone needs flexibility, when disclosure feels difficult, when support depends on the manager, or when workplace conditions add pressure to an already difficult health journey.
That is where the connection with Inca Safety matters. The workplace health and safety perspective helps WWW look beyond diagnosis alone and examine the way work is designed, managed and experienced — including support, psychosocial conditions, communication, leadership and organisational systems.
Women Working Well creates a dedicated space to bring that workplace lens together with women's health, healthcare experiences, lived experience, research and evidence.
Women Working Well is an Inca Safety initiative, but it is not a commercial sales or consulting page. WWW exists for information, research, advocacy, evidence and practical support. Commercial WHS services remain separate through Inca Safety.
Clear boundaries matter.
Separate purpose. Connected workplace expertise.
